Overview ​

WALLIX One PAM includes the functionalities of WALLIX Bastion and WALLIX Access Manager:

  • A Session Manager, which records all actions executed during a user session in order to examine and control it in real time.
  • A Password Manager, which securely stores your Secrets and helps enforce strong password policies to improve security practices within your organization.
  • An Access Manager, which secures external and remote accesses to your sensitive assets.
  • Universal Tunneling, where industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, Profinet, Bacnet, EtherCAT, etc.) are encapsulated directly in an SSH tunnel.

As a SaaS offering, WALLIX One PAM ensures high availability and scalability. WALLIX One PAM also frees users from hardware and software updates, allowing users access to the latest versions of WALLIX Bastion and WALLIX Access Manager effortlessly.

Improvements and new features ​

WAB-8988: RDP Remote Control (4-Hands) feature is now supported with WALLIX One PAM.

Fixes ​

WAB-15332: Removed limitation on authentication to Bastion API using API key.

WAB-15753: Fixed issue with Session Audit which did not work from the Access Manager.

WAB-16785: Fixed automatic password rotation.

Known issues ​

WAB-15330: For certain sessions, the error message "Could not load session metadata" is displayed and prevents from accessing audit session metadata in Access Manager's user interface.

WAB-16840: SIEM configurations may be lost on certain bastion nodes in the event of a bastion reboot.
