Overview ​

WALLIX One PAM includes the functionalities of WALLIX Bastion and WALLIX Access Manager:

  • A Session Manager, which records all actions executed during a user session in order to examine and control it in real time.

  • A Password Manager, which securely stores your Secrets and helps enforce strong password policies to improve security practices within your organization.

  • An Access Manager, which secures external and remote accesses to your sensitive assets.

  • Universal Tunneling, where industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, Profinet, Bacnet, EtherCAT, etc.) are encapsulated directly in an SSH tunnel.

As a SaaS offering, WALLIX One PAM ensures high availability and scalability. WALLIX One PAM also frees users from hardware and software updates, allowing users access to the latest versions of WALLIX Bastion and WALLIX Access Manager effortlessly.

WAB-12702: Required Change in IPsec Configuration for the Next Version ​

In preparation for the next version of WALLIX One PAM, you will be required to update your IPsec configuration. This update will involve merging the two subnets, 100.127.255.0/25 and 100.127.255.128/25, into a single subnet 100.127.255.0/24. To facilitate this transition, please add the network 100.127.255.0/24 in advance. Once the next version is deployed, the two existing subnets can be safely removed.

WAB-14124, WAB-10534: Upgrade to Bastion 12.1.1 and Access Manager 5.1.3 ​

Fixes ​

WAB-13930: Fixed issue with changes on SMTP and SIEM configurations of the Bastion which could get reverted in some cases.

WAB-14652: Fixed issue with NTP service which did not work on Access Manager, causing SAML authentication issues because the time was desynchronized.

Known issues ​

WAB-14450: Session Audit does not work on Access Manager, only on Bastion.

WAB-14453: Authentication with a Bastion API Key does not work with WALLIX One PAM.

WAB-14594: Configuration of Connection Messages on the Bastion does not apply.
